Yes. Historic Rocky Waters Inn places a $50 nightly incidental hold on your credit card, up to a maximum of $200. If there are no incidental charges, the hold will be released after check-out. If there are charges, they’ll be applied to the card on file.

Yes, The Heirloom Room: Creekside Restaurant & Bar is located right next door to the hotel.

All guests must be at least 21 years old to stay at Historic Rocky Waters Inn.

Historic Rocky Waters Inn, A Small Luxury Hotel, welcomes dogs only. Guests may bring one dog per reservation, up to 75 pounds. Dogs are not permitted in public spaces and must remain with their owner at all times. A $150 pet fee applies per stay.

Smoking is strictly prohibited on guest room balconies and inside all rooms at Historic Rocky Waters Inn, A Small Luxury Hotel. A designated smoking area is available elsewhere on the property.

Every room at Historic Rocky Waters Inn offers a beautiful view of the river.

Each reservation includes one complimentary parking spot for a standard vehicle. For additional or oversized vehicles, please contact the hotel directly. Oversized vehicles may need to be parked nearby at Gatlinburg River Inn.

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
