Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may be provided upon request, but subject to availability.

Smoking is strictly prohibited on the balconies or in the guest rooms at Historic Rocky Waters Inn, A Small Luxury Hotel. However, we have a designated smoking area on the property.

The Historic Rocky Waters Inn, A Small Luxury Hotel welcomes dogs only and allows you to bring max 1 dog, max 75 pounds. Your pet will not be allowed in public spaces and must be with you at all times. The surcharge for your dog will be $150 per reservation.

Yes, Historic Rocky Waters Inn requires a credit card on file for a $50 nightly incidental hold, up to $200. If any incidental charges are to be placed, payment will be charged to the credit card on file at check-out. If no charges are placed, this hold will be returned to your credit card.

Yes, The Heirloom Room: Creekside Restaurant & Bar is located next door to the hotel.
